Clean your car
processed ProTech Ceramic+.

You've just had your vehicle treated with the new ProTech® Ceramic+ Paint Treatment. You now have a car that can stand up to the elements and road abuse, and that keeps its shine and is easier to clean with our Ceramic+ technology.
However, this advanced process requires that you observe the usual precautions in terms of car wash, and use the appropriate products to guarantee the effects of the treatment over time.

Basic precautions

1 °/ Do never directly wipe dirt with a microfiber or any kind of cloth without adapted product/shampoo. You would create swirls and damage your treatment.

2 °/ When you clean your car, do never let water dry itself on it, especially during hot weather. You risk to let lime marks on the paint. Always use a drying microfiber to remove the last drops.

3°/ Although your treatment facilitates the cleaning of the traces of insects and resin (with the high pressure jet for example), never delay to remove them.

4 °/ Do never wash or use any product directly under sunlight. Hot bodywork will dry them too quickly: products would be less effective and some of them would let some marks.

Water cleaning

For a more thorough wash you can use the PROTECH® CARROSSING SHAMPOO and the GLOVE provided.

1 °/ Wet the entire car with a garden hose or a high pressure jet.

2 °/ Prepare a clean water bucket and a shampoo bucket with the right dilution ratio.

3 °/ Clean the entire car with the sponge full of shampoo. First clean the less dirty parts (upper parts, and finish by cleaning the dirtiest parts (lower parts). Frequently clean your sponge in the clean water bucket.

4 °/ Rinse the entire car with the garden hose or high pressure jet.

5 °/ Let gently running a tap water on the top of the car to remove residues. Your car is dry! If some drops of water stay on the car, you can dry them with the YELLOW or RED MICROFIBER.

Waterless cleaning

1 °/ Be sure to use clean microfibers. They must be cleaned in the washing machine after each use.

2°/ Spray Waterless Cleaning + directly on the part of the bodywork to be cleaned.
Ideally work in areas of 50cm * 50cm.

3 °/ Wipe the product with the blue microfiber to remove the dirt.

4 °/ Use the Red Microfiber for a shining and without trace result.

Insect Cleaner

Thanks to the Ceramic+ Technology, insects are easily removed by the high pressure jet.
However, if some insects are still present, you can use the insect cleaner:

1 °/ Work in the shade, on a cold and dry surface.

2 °/ Spray Insect Cleaner and let it react for a few minute.

3 °/ Rinse with garden hose or high pressure jet.

NEVER WIPE INSECT REMOVER ON THE BODYWORK WITH A
Microfiber. If needed, use a sponge with a bit of insect cleanser on it.

Tag Remover

The Anti Tar can be used on a ProTech® Ceramic+ treated vehicle without any problem.

1 °/ Spray Tar Remover on a small area, out of the sun, on a cold and dry surface.

2 °/ DO NEVER WIPE TAR REMOVER WITH A
Microfiber. If necessary, use a sponge to apply Anti-tar.

3 °/ Rinse with clean water.

Glue and Resin Remover

The Anti Resin and Glue can be used on a ProTech® Ceramic+ treated vehicle.

1 °/ Spray Glue and Resin Remover on a small area, out of the sun, on a cold and dry surface.

2 °/ DO NEVER WIPE GLUE AND RESIN REMOVER WITH A
Microfiber. If necessary, use a sponge to apply Anti-resin and glue.

3 °/ Rinse with clean water.

Wheel Rim

To clean your rims, use Wheel Rim Cleaner (except on chrome-plated, anodized or polished rims):

1 °/ Spray Wheel Rim Cleaner on the four cold and dry rims

2 °/ Rinse abundantly with garden hose or high pressure jet

For fragile rims (chrome, anodized and polished) use Laser Wash® Waterless Wash:

1°/ Spray the Waterless Laser Wash® on the rim

2 °/ Clean with a first microfiber

3° / Use a second clean microfiber for a shiny, streak-free result

Renovate Locally

Using Repair Spray

1 °/ Be sure to use clean microfibers. They must be cleaned in the washing machine after each use.

2°/ The area to be repaired must be clean, dry and cold.

2°/ Spray Repair Spray directly on the part of the bodywork to be treated.
Ideally work in areas of 50cm * 50cm.

3°/ Spread the product with the blue microfiber.

4°/ Wipe the surface with the red microfiber to remove any traces and finalize the application.

What you no longer need!

The hydrophobic and anti-fouling performances of your Ceramic+ Treatment being incomparable, the following products become useless. They will make your treatment less effective by covering it.

We therefore recommend that you remove these products from your Ceramic+ treated vehicle wash routine:
